We offer catering services for a variety of events. We have catered everything from small retirement parties to large weddings and special events. A variety of delicious appetizers served on a platter with a bowl of sour cream and guacamole. Includes salsa.
Burrito/Salad Bar - $9.95/person
Chicken, shredded beef, warm flour tortillas, crispay flour bowls, rice, beans and lettuce. Vegetarian options are available.
Fajita Bar - $17.95/person
Grilled steak and chicken served with grilled onions and peppers, rice, beans, pico-de-gallo, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Choice of crispy flour bowls or warm flour tortillas.
Enchilada Casserole - $9.95/person
Served "lasagna style" with your choice of filling (chicken, shredded beef or vegetarian). Comes with rice, beans, a side salad, chips and salsa.

Tortillas filled with chicken, cheese, cream chees, tomatoes and lettuce wrapped up into a roll. This is served box style with fruit, cookie, chips and salsa. Or, we can serve the wraps on a platter and have a large family style salad and fruit bowl for a buffet line. |
